The standard of care for incontinence has been a surgical TVT, transvaginal
tape. This is an operating room surgery with 8 weeks down from exercise

complications. We use a permanent tape that can erode
through the vaginal walls and bladder. It can be associated with long
term pain or urinary retention. Not everyone is a candidate. If it fails you can not repeat this treatment.
The other methods are using co2 laser, radiofrequency and the HIFU. And physical therapy. These improve and most studies give it a 50% improvement. Most require multiple appointments to get the best results.
The Luksenburg method is a proven lattice of threads that form a spider
