How much do you save on Botox/Neurotoxin with the membership?

• The membership cost for Botox is $10/unit (non-membership is $12)

Example: for a member that gets 58 units of Botox it cost $580- non member $696

How much does the membership cost?

The membership is $99 per month, with a one-time set-up fee of $200. Every month you will have $99 charged to your credit/debit card that will go directly to your Mooi Med Spa Account, when you come in you have money on your account that you can use for ANY treatment or service. Member credit is non transferable and non refundable.

Does member credit expire?

Yes, if you have not used your credit after 6 months.

What is the commitment?

You are “locked” into the membership for 12 months. After the first 12 months, you may continue the membership without a 12-month contract.  As a reminder this is a revolving charge on the credit card on file. IF you want to cancel membership before 12 months, there is a $350 cancellation fee. In the event you move, you may cancel early AFTER showing proof of your first utility bill.
